Where can I purchase Onesta Hair Care products?

Onesta Hair Care is sold exclusively through professional salons in the US and Canada. We do not support or authorize any internet sales or retail stores to sell our products that are not Onesta salons. Help support us and the professional beauty industry by finding a salon near you by going to our salon finder, or e-mailing us at info@onestahaircare.com for further assistance. We do recommend you call ahead when looking for a specific product. If you are unable to find a salon near you, please order product through our website.

I want to order Onesta Hair Care products online. Where can I do that?

Online ordering is now available through our website. We do not authorize the sale of our products anywhere else on the internet, and we caution consumers about purchasing our products from other websites (unless associated with a salon that carries Onesta Hair Care). I’m having a problem with a product or package. What should I do?

Onesta Hair Care products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. If you purchased product through our website, please see terms and conditions for our return policy.

Are your products safe for color treated hair?

Yes, all of our products are safe to use on color treated hair. Our styling products all include an exclusive blend of Organic botanical extracts that will help your color from fading in the sun as well!

Are your products tested on animals?

Do you have a color line or recommend any color lines?

We do not make a professional color line at this time. We recommend speaking with your stylist about the right color line for you.

What is the European Union? Why is this important?

The European Union (EU) restricts ingredients deemed unsafe to use in personal care products. (The United States FDA currently does not regulate personal care products.) Over 1,300 ingredients have been banned for use in Europe, and we agree with their stance and want to follow in their footstep so consumers can have confidence in purchasing products!

Are your products organic?

We are proud to say that our products are all around 95% natural and follow European Union compliance regulations so consumers can have more confidence in buying our products. We do use only USDA Certified Organic extracts in all of our products. However, our products are not 100% organic. We scrutinize all of our ingredients to come up with the safest alternatives to harmful chemicals commonly used in other professional product lines. Why did you change some of your product fragrances?

We are excited to announce that we have changed all of our products over to containing only all-natural fragrances! (Some products did not require this change.)

Do your products contain Gluten?

No, all of our products are gluten-free!
